About Us
Hello we are Joe and Eileen Graff, our farm is located in a small town in Oneida County New York. We are one of a handful of registered Texas longhorn breeders in central N.Y. After 23 years in the beef business raising Red Angus beef cattle for wholesale and retail customers, we wanted to change the type of cattle we were raising to Texas Longhorns. We have over the years owned a few Texas Longhorn cattle and we admired their athleticism, variations in color, Twisted horns, ease of calving, and general calm demeanor therefore, we decided to raise them exclusively. We will do our best to breed proper genetics into the herd that we own, no two Texas longhorns are the same.
Our goal, now that we are Great GrandParents, is to slow down,raise beautifully colored, big bodied, twisted horned Registered Texas Longhorn cattle to be admired by all that pass-by. Hopefully inspiring some of our next generation of children to pick up the torch and follow in our footsteps.
